Melodee's experience with first time buyers as well as the seasoned is evident in her work.  We were your typical naive, inexperienced first time buyers and with great patience Melodee took us step by step and answered our many questions and taught us the realty basics.  She connected us with reputable references (inspectors, mortgage broker, etc...) needed to complete our transaction.  When it was time to sell our first home and find a new one, we called upon Melodee.  This house hunting experience was a little more challenging being that we had more requirements to meet.  Home invertory was low, but Melodee called us every few days to give an update and show us any prospect as soon as possible.  Melodee never gave up on us; she worked for five months to find the perfect home and succeeded.  We ran into some unusual problems with the purchase of our home, but Melodee handled each detail and went way beyond the call of duty even months after the sale had gone through.

Regarding the sale of our home, well that went perfect!  Melodee's recommendations including: selling price, home repairs, etc...were invaluable.  Our home was sold in one week over asking price and comps in the area.  On the first day of open house we had several offers and Melodee went over each one with us to choose the strongest one.  Again, Melodee did what she had to do to meet with workmen, appraisers, etc.  When I mention this to other Realtors they respond by "That's great, I never do that for my clients". 

In closing, we were more than satisfied with Melodee and will definitely use her in the future for any of our realty needs.
